At Altizen, we want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and need to return it, we’re here to help.
Applicable for purchases made through Altizen directly:
Only purchases of products made directly from Altizen (Ideal Workspace) or from its eCommerce website at https://altizen.com and its subsidiary sites:
qualify from the 30-Days Risk Free Trial. For all other purchases, please contact your authorized resellers for their merchant guarantees.
You have 30 calendar days to return an Altizen product (“Product”) from the date you received it. Just contact us and we’ll pick the item up from you. You can either receive a refund or exchange the Product for another Altizen product.
To be eligible for a return, your Product must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it; and
- Be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your Product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. It could take up to 14 days for an item to reach us once you return it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies and mode of payment. This process could take up to 14 days from the approval of your return.
Please note that fees paid for installation services cannot be refunded.
